Emily Darley Hill, Postpartum Doula
Emily Hill is a trained Postpartum Doula, former Labor Doula, and mother of two wild children. She spent her childhood moving around the US, exploring different cultures and landscapes. Emily’s love of motherhood dates back to the age of two, when she drew a uterus on her highchair with a pink crayon. Her favorite childhood book was her mom’s college textbook on fetal development.
Emily is committed to celebrating motherhood in all its messy forms. She is passionate about serving families struggling with breastfeeding and feeding issues, and postpartum mood disorders. Emily is always looking for tired shoulders and feet to rub, and delights in bringing a moment of respite to exhausted parents. She looks forward to supporting you in this momentous transition.
Emily has degrees in Philosophy and Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She is a garden manager for the Urban Farm Collective, a pretty good cook, and a pretty bad knitter.
