Live-In Doula Care
Sometimes a family needs intensive support to help them smoothly transition to their new life or navigate challenging circumstances. In our Live-In Doula Care package, a doula joins your family in increments ranging from 1 week to 4 weeks at a time. This constant presence - an auxiliary family member - provides space for adjustment, rest & establishing good rhythm. Live-in doula care offers time to emotionally process this new life change, as well as time for restorative sleep while our doula cares for the baby/babies, cooks nutritious postpartum food, provides light housework and sibling support, teaches a family valuable newborn skills and provides on-going feeding support.
