Abra Rogers

Certified Postpartum Doula

“Abra's knowledge and expertise not only eased my mind, but gave me comfort when taking on the unknown. She understood how I was feeling when I was emotionally drained and helped me get through some of the toughest times with a newborn.”

— Jenn, parent of 1

Abra’s experience as a midwife, doula, and parent fuel her passion for providing - and normalizing the importance of - postpartum care that assists new parents in navigating the intricacies of their evolving family dynamics.

In her role as a postpartum doula, Abra creates a nurturing environment during the most vulnerable moments while also infusing positivity and humor into challenging situations. Her experience spans caring for singletons and multiples, cloth diapering, elimination communication, postpartum and nursery setups, baby-wearing, and extensive product knowledge; she balances informative advice with sensitivity to your values as a family.

Abra’s professional dedication to lactation education deepened after her personal journey as a nursing parent, and she brings to her doula practice deep knowledge for supporting milk production, pumping systems, optimal positioning, triple feeding, supplemental nursing systems, formula feeding, combination feeding, and more.

Outside of her work, Abra cherishes moments with her family. Motherhood fulfills a lifelong dream, and she revels in activities like skiing, camping, swimming, hiking, and traveling with her husband and tiny human.
