Meet the Bridgetown Baby Family: Leadership Team

Photos by Natalie Broders

As an agency, Bridgetown Baby is the largest group of postpartum support professionals in Portland, and the only agency to seamlessly integrate postpartum care and feeding support.

We have been so grateful to have grown over the last year+, despite the constraints of the COVID-19 pandemic - we’re so proud of our whole team, and honored to work together to bring families support while shifting the cultural paradigm around postpartum expectations.

More than a team, Bridgetown Baby is a family serving families as they navigate the postpartum year.

And we’d love you to meet to all of the BB family members! Over the next months, we’ll introduce you to the teams and individuals that make us strong - starting with our Leadership Team.

Merriah Fairchild, Founder

I believe in the healing power of community and collective care for our clients and our team. I'm proud to be part of a leadership team that is redefining what a successful business looks like while at the same time, helping families reimagine what their postpartum experience can feel like. Together we are actively changing the culture in multiple ways today and for future generations.

Camilla Rae, Family Care Director

It’s such an honor to work with so many talented and knowledgeable practitioners who each bring valuable insight and incredible skill to the BB family. While these doulas and IBCLCs could practice anywhere, it’s a deep pleasure to know they chose us and the families we serve.
