To help prepare you for this transition, Bridgetown Baby offers in-home private classes personalized to help you achieve your family’s postpartum goals. Our Newborn Care Essentials is designed to provide you practical information and helpful tools to nurture the unique needs of your baby. The class is 2-4 hours long, held in the comfort of your own home (either in person or via video conference) at a time that is convenient for you. The class covers:

  • Good Sleep Practices

  • Baby Wearing

Upon completing this class, you are on your way to becoming a more confident and capable parent. This includes unlimited text and phone support with your Bridgetown Baby doula for the first three months.
