Twins 101

This 2 hr in-person class offers tangible knowledge, first-hand advice, and support in creating a plan so that you can thrive, not just survive, the early period with your new babies.

Taught by an experienced postpartum doula and mother of twins, you’ll learn the ins and outs of newborn care, including diapering, swaddling, soothing, infant bathing, babywearing, and the specifics of navigating the postpartum period with twins.
